Grasiana Festus Kimario

Grasiana is a Public Health Professional who is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). She gained her Bachelor of Public Administration in Health Service Management degree from Mzumbe University in Tanzania in 2012 and she subsequently worked as the National Project Manager for Tanzania for a project funded by FIGO, a UK based charity dedicated to the improvement of women’s health and rights. In 2022 she completed and passed a certification course and examination by the Project Management Institute (PMI) based in the United States and became recognized as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

In the Multilink Project she serves as the project coordinator and oversees the day-to-day implementation of multiple research projects and works with the project lead and principal investigators to manage the team of clinical officers, research nurses, field workers, data management team and drivers in order to ensure the smooth coordination of the staff work and assignments. Grasiana is very passionate about public health especially in the context of a developing country and as a result of her project management work in Tanzania, she has over the years engaged with and developed contacts and working relationships at all levels of Tanzania’s public health landscape including at regional Referral Hospitals and at the Tanzania Ministry of Health.
